You need AI that actually runs your operations, not another tool you’ll stop using after a week. You’ve seen the demos. You’ve heard the promises. You want something that works on Monday morning.
What happens
We plan the work across four phases: discover, build, deploy, transfer. An initial 4 to 8 week scope might cover pipeline tracking, meeting prep, content or client management. We agree the deliverables and timing before starting.
What you get
A system your team can use and develop, with optional monthly support after delivery. The aim is to reduce routine work and leave you with the knowledge to maintain it.
