Training

Training that leaves AI working on your own work

Most AI training stops at the demo. AI Ops training ends with each person using AI on their own email, files and tasks, with a setup they keep and know how to change.

What it helps your team do

  • Clear the inbox faster

Replies and follow-ups drafted from your own email, ready to check and send.

  • Start each day knowing what matters

A morning brief from your own email, calendar and notes.

  • Turn meetings into actions

Notes, decisions and next steps written up, ready to share.

  • Keep what the team knows in one place

Notes, documents and decisions kept where any AI tool can use them.

  • Use AI safely

What it may see and do, agreed first, and how to check its work.

  • Find the next job to hand over

A week of tasks sorted into what AI does, what it helps with and what stays yours.

What the training is

  • Demo first. Each session opens with real work being done live, so people see what good looks like before they try it.
  • Built on each person's own work, not made-up examples. Their own mail, calendar, documents and tasks, with clear rules on what AI may and may not touch.
  • Plain English throughout. Made for people who do not code and do not want to.
  • Every step is tested on a clean machine beforehand, so the day is spent learning, not fixing installs.

Formats

Team day

Bootcamp

A full day in person for a team or a cohort. Live demos in the morning, then each person sets AI up on their own work, with help in the room.

Delivered: the Second Brain bootcamp in Oxford, October 2026, about 18 people.

Half day or two hours

Workshop

One job in depth, such as email and follow-ups, meeting notes or safe use of AI. In person or online, with templates and a short summary afterwards.

Delivered: workshops for Future Finance at the University of Bristol, asked back to run one again.

One to one

Personal training

Sessions for one person, built around their own role. AI set up on their real work, then practice until it sticks.

Delivered: hands-on set-up training for individual clients, and run-through coaching for event speakers.

What your team leaves with

  • AI set up on their own work, on their own machine, that they keep.
  • The confidence to use it daily, and to know when not to.
  • Clear rules on what AI can see and do, agreed before anything is connected.
  • A written summary and templates to come back to after the session.
  • A next step: what to try in the first week, and who to ask.

Fixed price, agreed before the training is booked.

In their words

“Adrian's support with setting up an OS for a new venture has been hugely beneficial in enabling me (as part of a small team) to significantly increase the administrative workload that I am able to manage as part of running a small business and regularly communicating with clients.”

Jack StanburyFuture Finance

“Wonderful course, showing different perspectives of setting up AI to work for you. Covering practical steps to inspirational far reaching theory means there is something for any level of AI experience.”

Matt DelahuntCreative Director, World Mobile

“[Adrian] gave a very inspiring lecture on how to build a second brain . He has a unique way of explaining things which means you really understand both philosophically & practically . We flew along creating our " Second Brain " & every question wether consequential or small was answered with clarity & precision . A very impressive session !”

Anne-Marie Verdin-MulotCEO & Founder, LUX TECH AI

“[Adrian] was able to simplify how to create a second brain with real examples. Thanks to the workshop, I feel confident that I can now use this knowledge to do this myself and automate many of my daily tasks with the appropriate guardrails in place.”

James ClareSupply Chain Strategy Consultant

“I joined the Second Brain Bootcamp to see how I could improve my current setup and get a different perspective. The content was great, especially seeing how a Second Brain can be AI-model agnostic, so you can use it with any AI. Since then, I've started exploring Adrian's and Adam's GitHub repositories to see what ideas I can use in my own work. It was great to see how others use their Second Brain and learn different approaches. I wish we had more time with each host, I left with more questions and curiosity, which I think is a good sign!”

Seyda TezsezerSenior Project Manager, Apple

“[Adrian] made the idea of building a second brain feel genuinely achievable. His session gave me the clarity to approach it thoughtfully and lay the right foundations, rather than rush straight into building. Mine is a work in progress, but I'm moving forward with confidence, knowing I can turn to him if I get stuck. A thoroughly enjoyable session that left me feeling, "I can do this."”

Dr Zeynep Hizir

“I think Adrian's doing some really good work and the work he's doing in operations for other companies and teaching them how to apply AI to their businesses”

Glenn SmithFounder and CEO, Fueld and GenieOS
